The status of Burnaby fields is updated by Burnaby Parks every Thursday at 2 pm and may be reviewed on Fridays by 11 am (especially with snow and frost).
Field status can be obtained by calling the Burnaby Parks and Recreation Information number at 604-294-7984 or by visiting the Burnaby Field Closure Information web page.

If you arrive at a field and the lights aren't working, or there is an unsafe situation on the field, do not try and handle the situation yourself.
